Florida Statutes  
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under fictitious name of Hurtado Immigration Law Firm located at 4461 Camino Real Way, in the County of Lee in the City of Fort Myers, FL 33966 intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Florida Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
