LUCIE COUNTY HOMEOWNERS HOUSING REPAIR ASSISTANCE St. Lucie County is seeking applicants to participate in the Housing Rehabilitation Program funded with the FY 25/26 State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Program. The SHIP FY 25/26 allocation is $567,270.00. These programs are designed to perform general code related repairs and improvements for low-income homeowners.
