NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION ADVERTISEMENT OF SALE: Pursuant to the (Florida) Self Service Storage Facility Act ( #83.801-83.809), the owner of a self-storage facility has a lien upon all personal property located at the self-service storage facility for rent or other charges incurred for the storage of the personal property. This notice is being provided that the owner is enforcing its lien and intends to sell or otherwise dispose of the personal property located in the rented spaces at the facility and address listed below. The tenants listed may pay the amount necessary to satisfy the lien and the reasonable expenses incurred to redeem the personal property. Notice is hereby given that on (May 11, 2026) on or after (5 p.m.), the personal property, located at (First Choice Storage (Hernando), (1795 N. Florida Ave, Hernando FL 34442) will be sold by competitive bidding on the public website www.storageauctions.com , to satisfy the lien pertaining to the rented storage unit by: (Jude Finn, Lydia Bossinger).
