On April 24, 2026, at 12 p.m., the M/V Louisiane (Ex Columbia Queen), her Engines, Tackle, Machinery, Furniture, Apparel, Appurtenances, etc., will be sold AS IS and WHERE IS, free of all mortgages, liens, and other encumbrances at a public auction sale pursuant to an Order issued from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on March 31, 2026, and pursuant to the Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual  Rule 5(r). The sale will take place at the front steps of Bryan Simpson Courthouse, 300 North Hogan Street Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Information concerning the M/V Louisiane (Ex Columbia Queen) is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
