PUBLIC NOTICE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PRIVATE PRACTICE CLOSURE
On April 15, 2026, Grande Counseling and Consulting, LLC, will cease operations and will no longer be available for counseling services. The physical practice address was at 8837 Goodbys Executive Drive, #205, Jacksonville, FL 32217 (Duval County.)
