NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under the Fictitious Name of OAK LEAF BOUTIQUE  located at 8433 Enterprise Circle, Suite 100 in the City of Lakewood Ranch, Manatee, FL 34202  intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
