NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF LIMITED FIDUCIARY 
Notice is hereby given that, effective June 1, 2026, Annette Gayle, acting solely in her fiduciary capacity as AttorneyinFact for Thelma E. LaMotte under that certain Durable Power of Attorney dated September 24, 2010, recorded in Book 4086, Page 378 of the Official Records of Osceola County, Florida, has appointed the following individual as limited fiduciary and agent with respect only to the account identified below: 
Appointed Fiduciary: Felicia Grumet, CFO 
Title: Chief Financial Officer, Newrez LLC d/b/a/ Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing 
Institution / Counterparty: Newrez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing 
Account: Residential mortgage loan account relating to real property commonly known as 3346 Fawnwood Dr, Ocoee, Florida 34761, Property Record 31-21-28-2767-00-500, Forestbrooke Phase 3 59/105 Lot 50, loan account ending in XXXXXX1228.
