NOTICE OF CORPORATE DISSOLUTION
Notice is hereby given under section 607.1407, Florida Statutes, that Mark A. Tepper, P.A. a Florida professional association, was dissolved effective April 23, 2026. Claims against the corporation must be sent in writing to c/o Haimo Law 7900 Peters Road, SteB200, Plantation, Florida 33324. A claim against the corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 4 years after publication of this notice.
