NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under the Fictitious Name of  Fernwood Capital located at 7901 4th St N Ste 300 in the City of St. Petersburg, Pinellas, FL 33702 intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
