Notice Under Fictitious Name Law According to Florida Statute Number 865.09 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under the Fictitious Name of  Food for Thought Integrative Mental Health located at 901 4th St N, Suite 300, in the City of St. Petersburg, Pinellas, FL 33702 intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
