NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT To: ZACHARY L. YENOR Case: CD202509613/XD3500065/3501895 An Administrative Complaint to impose an administrative fine has been filed against you. You have the right to request a hearing pursuant to Sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, by mailing a request for same to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing, Post Office Box 5708 Tallahassee, Florida 32314-5708.
