ZAPOR, JR., as Successor Trustee of the FLORENCE B. BARIL TRUST dated September 15, 1997, Plaintiff, v. THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OR TRUSTEES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OR TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, HEIRS, SPOUSES, ASSIGNS, and all other persons or entities claiming by, through, under, or against LEONARD C. BARIL and FLORENCE B. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to quiet title to the following real property, lying and being situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: UNIT 804, BUILDING 2, VENICE COSTA BRAVA, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1038, PAGE 1373, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 30, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/126TH INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy upon Bryan S. Kessler, Esq., Attorney for the Plaintiffs, whose address is 1872 Tamiami Trail S, Suite D, Venice, Florida 34293, not later than 30 days after the first publication of this notice; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
