INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) Stove and Refrigerator Purchase for Public Housing Properties IFB No.: 2026-002 Issuing Agency: Palatka Housing Authority Issue Date: January 29, 2026 Bid Due Date and Time: February 25, 2026, 3:00pm est Delivery Location(s): 400 North 15th Street; Palatka, FL 32177 1. PURPOSE The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) is soliciting bids from qualified, responsive, and responsible vendors for the purchase and delivery of household stoves and refrigerators for use in PHA-owned public housing properties. This procurement is conducted in accordance with 24 CFR Part 200 and Part 85/200, as applicable, and all relevant HUD and PHA procurement requirements. 2. SCOPE OF WORK The successful bidder shall furnish new, unused, standard residential appliances, deliver them to a designated PHA property, and ensure all items meet the minimum specifications outlined in this IFB.
