NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiffs Emergency Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale scheduled for January 20, 2026 dated the 16th day of January, 2026, and entered in Case No. 50-2023-CA-013385-XXXA-MB , of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPA CITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and GETA REAL ESTATE LLC, KRUBALE MULUGETA AND CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA are defendants.
