LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of South Palm Beach, Florida is accepting Sealed Qualifications/Proposals for services under RFP No. 01-16-2026-P, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for New Town Hall.
Qualifications/Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, by the Town Clerks Office, Town Hall, 3577 South Ocean Boulevard, South Palm Beach, Florida 33480. Submittals must be delivered in a sealed envelope/package clearly marked with the RFP number and title. Late submittals will not be accepted.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: A mandatory pre-proposal conference is applicable to this solicitation (see solicitation documents for date, time, and location).
Addenda/Changes/Official Notice: Any interpretations, clarifications, responses to questions, or changes to this solicitation will be made by written addendum.
