The City of West Palm Beach herein provides notice per the Sunshine Law, Florida Statute, 286.011 that a public meeting is scheduled for:

EVALUATION AND SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING
February 13, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m., City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, Flagler Gallery, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The evaluation and selection committee will meet to evaluate, rank and short list all proposers. February 27, 2026, beginning at 1:30 p.m., City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, Flagler Gallery, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The evaluation and selection committee will meet to final rank the three short-listed proposers. All meetings will be held at City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, Flagler Gallery, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. This is a public meeting. The general public and proposers can watch and observe but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting. Please direct questions to the Office of Procurement, Sharon Sepulveda, Procurement@wpb.org, Tel: 561.494.1056, TTY: 1.800.955.8771.
