NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 29, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CC014270XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Riverwalk Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Antonio Roberto Vega II and Kathryn Duszak Vega, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of March, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
