NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS The Administration of the estate of John A. Chouinard, deceased, whose date of death was January 6, 2026, is pending in the Circuit Court for Holmes County, Florida, Probate Division, the mailing address of which is Post Office Box 397, Bonifay, Florida 32425 . The estate is testate and the date of the decedents Will is August 19, 2025. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and personal representatives attorney are set forth below. Any interested person on whom a copy of the notice of administration is served must object to the validity of the will (or any codicil), qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court, by filing a petition or other pleading requesting relief in accordance with the Florida Probate Rules, WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE NOTICE ON THE OBJECTING PERSON, OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
