KAM, M.D., The administration of the estate of LINDA A. KAM, a/k/a LINDA A. KAM, M.D., deceased, File Number 2026-CP-000777, is pending in the Clerk of Court, Manatee County Courthouse, P.O. Box 25400, Bradenton, Florida 34206. The name and address of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. The personal representative or curator has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedents death by the decedent or the decedents surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in sections 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under section 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
