NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Intestate) IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION CASE NO: 26-002797-ES-04 IN RE: ESTATE OF SARAH PATRICIA REAM, Decedent. The administration of the Estate of Sarah Patricia Ream, Deceased, whose date of death was January 2, 2026; Case Number 26-002797-ES-04, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The name and address of the Personal Representative are William F. Rogers, III, 211 Jennings Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29649, and the name and address of the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedents Estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM. All other creditors of the Decedent and persons having claims or demands against the Decedents Estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
