FIRST INSERTION NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION NO. 26-002360-ES IN RE: ESTATE OF BURTON D. HERSH, Deceased. The administration of the Estate of Burton D. Hersh, Deceased, whose date of death was April 25, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division; File Number 26-002360 -ES; the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, 33756-5165. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
