NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of RUTH PAYNE, whose date of death was August 28, 2025 is pending in Case Number: 2025 13077 PRDL in the Circuit Court for Volusia County, Florida, the address of which is Volusia County Clerk of Court, Probate Division, P.O. Box 6043, DeLand, Florida 32721-6043. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney is set forth below. The estate is testate and the decedents Last Will and Testament, dated May 17, 1995, was admitted to probate.
