Lots 13 and 14, Block 12 of Section H, Del-Verde Subdivision of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, Township 40 South, Range 25 East, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 68, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. 
Lot 16, Block 23 of Section E, Del-Verde Subdivision of the SE 14 of Section 26, Township 40 South, Range 25 East, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 72, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. 
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert C. Benedict, Plaintiffs attorney whose address is Wideikis, Benedict & Berntsson, LLC, The BIG W Law Firm, 3195 S. Access Rd., Englewood, Florida 34224, on or before May 21, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
