FIRST INSERTION NOTICE OF TRUST IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION Case No. 26-CP-001142 Probate: No Judge Assigned IN RE: ESTATE OF LINDA J. CREPS, Deceased. LINDA J. CREPS, a resident of Lee County, Florida, who died on the 19th day of March, 2026, was the Settlor of a trust entitled THE LINDA J. CREPS LIVING TRUST dated the 4th day of January, 2019, which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedents estate and enforceable claims of the decedents creditors to the extent the decedents estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code. The name and address of the trustee are set forth below. The clerk shall file and index this notice of trust in the same manner as a caveat, unless there exists a probate proceeding for the grantors estate in which case this notice of trust must be filed in the probate proceeding and the clerk shall send a copy to the personal representative.
