NOTICE OF PROBATE ACTION TO: SAMUEL LEE JOHNS AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS; and any known creditors, any unknown claimants, assignees, devisees, or other parties asserting an interest by, through or against the Estate of Fannie Mae Johns YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Petition for Summary Administration has been filed in the above-referenced probate action.
