Notice of Administration The Administration of the Estate of Alan L. Herman, Deceased, whose date of death was July 2, 2025, File Nwnber 26-CP-286 (P7), is pending in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida that has an address located at the Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901. The names and addresses of the Co-Personal Representatives and their attorney are set forth below. All interested persons are required to file with the above styled court any objection by and interested person on whom a copy of the notice is seived that challenges the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court \\ithin 3 months after the date of service of a copy of the notice of administration on the objecting person.
