Maher , deceased, File Number 2026CP000315A, by the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 201 South Indian River Drive , Fort Pierce, Florida 34950, that the decedent's date of death was April 21, 2025, that the estimated total value of the estate is $50,000.00 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Name Marianne Peckham Address 145 Wyndham Rd.
