YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on GENNIFER L. The Defendants in this action are as follows: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, AND TRUSTEES OF THE KEVIN RAULE BRYANT, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, AND TRUSTEES OF SHEILA BRYANT, DECEASED; AQUA FINANCE, INC., a Wisconsin corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2.
These proceedings were initiated in the Eighth Judicial County Court in and for Alachua County, FL, Campus USA Credit Union v. The Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, and Trustees of the Kevin Raule Bryant, Deceased, et al. Case No. 2025-CC-7161 on December 23, 2025.
The real property at issue in this action is described as follows:


LOT TWENTY 20 OF FLORIDA GARDENS, A SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK E, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER, WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN OTHERWISE APPERTAINING.
