TO: Mike Salzbach YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Administration, Notice of Administration, Petition to Waive Bond of Personal Representative, and Inventory has been filed in this court. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on petitioners attorney, whose name and address is: Scott R. Bugay, Law Offices of Scott R.
