NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Formal Administration) The administration of the estate of PAMELA WOOTEN, deceased, whose date of death was November 12, 2025, and whose social security number is XXX-XX-6740, is pending in the Circuit Court for Duval County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 501 West Adams Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below.
