NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF CREDITORS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On March 31, 2026, a Petition was filed commencing the above-referenced Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceeding, pursuant to Chapter 727, Florida Statutes, made by Masculen LLC (the "Assignor"), which formerly maintained offices at 261 NE 61st Street, Miami, Florida 33137 to MICHAEL P. DUNN ("Assignee"), whose principal office is located at 66 West Flagler Street, Suite 400, Miami, Florida 33130.
Pursuant to 727.105, Florida Statutes, no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727. Except in the case of a consensual lienholder enforcing its rights in personal property or real property collateral, there shall be no levy, executive, attachment, or the like in respect of any judgment against assets of the estate in the possession, custody, or control of the Assignee.
YOU ARE HEREBY further noticed that in order to receive a dividend in this proceeding, you must file the enclosed Proof of Claim with the Assignee, MICHAEL P. DUNN, of Dunn Law, P.A., on or before July 29, 2026 (120 days from the date the Petition was filed).
