NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FL PROBATE DIVISION FILE NO. 2026-CP-000910 JUDGE: FOSTER IN RE: ESTATE OF THOMAS W. FALLER, DECEASED. The administration of the estate of THOMAS W. FALLER (the Decedent), whose date of death was January 27, 2026, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Courts Department, Probate Division, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the Decedents estate on whom a copy of this Notice to Creditors is required to be served must file their claims with this Court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE TO CREDITORS ON THEM.
