FIRST INSERTION NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 2026-CP-00499 Division PROBATE IN RE: ESTATE OF ADDA ROEDER a/k/a ADDA MARY VAUGHAN a/k/a ADDA MARY VIRGINIA ROEDER PIZZA VAUGHAN a/k/a A.M.V. MIMI ROEDER VAUGHAN Deceased. The administration of the estate of ADDA ROEDER, deceased, whose date of death was December 25, 2024, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Collier County Government Complex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 304, Naples, Florida 34112. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
