IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR OKEECHOBEE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO: 47-2026-CP-000042 IN RE: The Estate of DAVID GEORGE BLANKENBAKER, Deceased NOTICE TO CREDITORS Formal Administration The administration of the Estate of DAVID GEORGE BLANKENBAKER, whose date of death was January 1, 2026, and whose last four digits of his social security number is 3063, Case Number 47-2026-CP-000042, is pending in the Circuit Court for Okeechobee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Okeechobee County Court House, 312 NW 3rd Street, Okeechobee, Florida 34972. The name and address of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below. If you have been served with a copy of this notice and you have any claim or demand against the decedent's estate, even if that claim is unmatured, contingent or unliquidated, you must file your claim with the court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF A DATE THAT IS 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE A COPY OF THIS NOTICE.
