IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 2026-CP-1135 IN RE: ESTATE OF JOHNNIE LEE BRYANT, SR. Deceased. NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of JOHNNIE LEE BRYANT, SR., deceased, whose date of death was March 7, 2026 is pending in the Circuit Court for Orange County Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 425 North Orange Avenue, Room 335, Orlando, Florida 32801. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below. The personal representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedents death by the decedent or the decedents surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in ss. 732.216732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under s. 732.2211, Florida Statutes. The written demand must be filed with the clerk.
