DAY, deceased, whose date of death was December 14, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Bay County, Florida, Probate Division; File Number 26000354CP; the address of which is 300 East 4th Street, Panama City, FL 32401. The names and addresses of the personal representative(s) and the personal representative(s) attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decent and other persons, who have claims or demands against decedents estate, including unmature, contingent or unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this notice, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
