Hill Investments, Inc., a Florida corporation, Plaintiff, vs. The Estate of Carlile Hager, all Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Legatees, Spouses, and Creditors of Carlile Hager, Defendants. NOTICE OF ACTION To: All Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Legatees, Spouses, and Creditors of Carlile Hager YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Putnam County, Florida: Lot 10-11, COUNTRY LIVING (an unrecorded subdivision): A tract of land lying in and being a part of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 9 South, Range 23 East, Putnam County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the said W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 8; Thence S 515'07" E, and along the East line of the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 135.64 feet; Thence S 7033'14" W, 250.0 feet; Thence S 515'07" E, 350.00 feet to the point of beginning and to close. SUBJECT TO a 33-foot easement across the Northerly part thereof for ingress and egress. Also subject to a 7.5-foot utility easement at the side and rear of said parcel.
