NOTICE OF ACTION (formal notice by publication) IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 2026 CP 1742 NC IN RE: ESTATE OF ESTATE OF ANNETTE G. SOKOLOV Deceased. TO: Adam J. Gayner, Lauren W. Gayner, Stephanie Tate, Jason Tate, Louis Tate, and any and all heirs of Annette G. Sokolov YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Administration has been filed in this court. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on the petitioners attorney, whose name and address are: Derek B. Alvarez, Esquire, GENDERS ALVAREZ DIECIDUE, P.A., 2307 W. Cleveland Street, Tampa, FL 33609, on or before 28 to 60 days from 1st date of publication, and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice.
