IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION CASE NO: 35-2026-CP-000763-AXXX-01 IN RE: ESTATEOF DAVID JEROME PUCKETT, Decedent. NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Intestate) The administration of the Estate of David Jerome Puckett, Deceased, whose date of death was January 12, 2026; Case Number 35-2026-CP-000763-AXXX-01, is pending in the Circuit Court for Lake County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 550 West Main Street, Tavares, FL 32778. The name and address of the Personal Representative are Mackenzie Puckett, 15673 Stone House Drive, Brooksville, FL 34604, and the name and address of the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below.
