NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Trust Administration) IN RE: THE ESTATE OF LINDA S. HOTCHKISS, DECEASED. LINDA S. HOTCHKISS, a resident of Hernando County, Florida, who died on January 4, 2026, was the grantor of a trust entitled Amended and Restated LINDA S. HOTCHKISS REVOCABLE INTER VIVOS TRUST U/A/D September 13, 2011, which is a trust described in Fla. Stat. Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent’s estate and enforceable claims of the decedent’s creditors to the extent the decedent’s estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code.The names and addresses of the Trustee and the Attorney for the Trustee are setforth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is served must serve the Trustee and Attorney for the Trustee with a Statement of Claim WITHIN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
