AND WASTEWATER CERTIFICATE NO. 300-S TO CSWR-FLORIDA UTILITY OPERATING COMPANY, LLC, IN LEE COUNTY DATE OF CUSTOMER NOTICE - 04/29/2026 Notice is hereby given that CSWR-Florida Utility Operating Company, LLC (CSWR-Florida), has filed an Application for Approval of Transfer of the Wastewater System of Forest Utilities, Inc. in Lee County, Florida, pursuant to Section 367.071, Florida Statutes, and Rule 25-30.037, Florida Administrative Code.
