DEER RUN
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

A public workshop of one or more members of the Board of Supervisors of the Deer Run Community Development District will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., located at the Island Club, 501 Grand Reserve Drive, Bunnell, Florida 32110. This workshop is will be held to discuss the Fiscal Year 2027 Proposed Budget. No final action will be taken at this Workshop. The Workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.
Any person requiring special accommodations at this Workshop because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (904) 940-5850 at least two calendar days prior to the Workshop.
