PUBLIC NOTICE FOR MAJOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 10.02.08 of the Washington County Land Development Code (LDC), notice is provided regarding a Major Development Review Application. The Major Development Review Application is to request approval for one (1) 195-high self-support telecommunications structure for wireless communications and approval for a wireless facility (60 X 60 tower compound within a 100X 100 lease area) on a +/- 56.12-acre parcel. Applicant: Skyway Towers, LLC Location: 1797 Old Bonifay Road, Chipley, FL 32428 Parcel Identification Number(s): 00-2666-0006 (+/- 56.12 acres) The Public Meeting and Public Hearings listed below are scheduled. In the event of cancellation, additional notification will be issued. A Neighborhood Information Meeting will be held on May 7, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. CDT in the County Commission Board Room at 1331 South Boulevard, Chipley, FL 32428. The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CDT in the County Commission Board Room at 1331 South Boulevard, Chipley, FL 32428.
