NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The City of Dade City proposes to hear and approve the following ordinances on the following dates and times: ORDINANCE 2026-04 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DADE CITY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE 4 OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS BY CREATING SECTION 4.3.4 (N), MOBILE FOOD VENDING; ESTABLISHING A PROCESS FOR THE REVIEW AND STANDARDS OF MOBILE FOOD VENDING OPERATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF DADE CITY; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENERS ERRORS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. On May 06, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at City Commission Chambers, 38020 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, to consider amendments to the Land Development Regulations as outlined in Exhibit A of the ordinance. On May 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the City Commission will hold the first public hearing at City Commission Chambers, 38020 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, for the approval of the Land Development Regulations amendment as outlined in Exhibit A of the ordinance. On June 09, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the City Commission will hold the second and adoption public hearing at City Commission Chambers, 38020 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, for the final approval of the amendments to the Land Development Regulations as outlined in Exhibit A of the ordinance.
