NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Destin will convene a Special City Council Meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Destin City Hall Annex, located at 4100 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a public quasi-judicial hearing regarding a Development Order Compliance Review (in lieu of a Major Development Order amendment) for Harborwalk Village Phase II development (Application No. DEV-001575-2025), proposed for properties located at 76 and 100 Harbor Boulevard, Destin, Florida. The proposed Phase II development for Harborwalk Village includes, but is not limited to, the addition of hotel units, short-term multifamily residential units, restaurant and bar establishments, retail space, a structured parking facility, and a pool and water amenity area. .Copies of the above-mentioned subject may be requested to view by emailing planning@cityofdestin.com. Written comments, sworn statements, and documentary evidence must be submitted at least 36 hours before the scheduled meeting. These written comments, sworn statements, and documentary evidence shall be submitted by email at clerk@cityofdestin.com or delivered to City Hall, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541. All persons are advised that, if any person decides to appeal any decision made at any of these meetings, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, they need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes 286.0105).
