Please take notice that the Town of Dundee Town Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 and May 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town of Dundee Commission Chambers at 202 East Main Street, Dundee, Florida to hear the following items: REQUEST FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT AND SPECIAL EXCEPTION Applicant: Town of Dundee Request: Amend the Official Future Land Use Map Designation A Town-initiated request to amend the official FLUM designation for a property located in the Town of Dundee.
