NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE OF LAND The Citrus County Planning and Development Commission (PDC) will conduct a Public Hearing on the following application on May 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Lecanto Government Building, 3600 W. Sovereign Path, Room 166, Lecanto, Florida. Please note that the PDC meeting begins at 9:00 AM. The actual time that a particular item is discussed will vary depending on how fast the PDC moves through the agenda. CU-2026-00002 Lazaro Ramon This request is for a Conditional Use to allow for semi-truck and trailer parking in the Rural Residential District, pursuant to Section 2402, Rural Residential Distric t, and Section 3320, Trucks Parked in Selected Land Use Districts, as specified in the LDC. Property located in: Section 13, Township 17 South, Range 17 East , more specifically, parcel 21100 of an unrecorded tract, Alternate Key Number 1026709, which address is 9437 N. Singapore Ave., Dunnellon, Florida. A complete legal description is on file with the Land Development Division. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
