Miscellaneous Public Notices NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE AMELIA WALK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Amelia Walk Community Development District (District) Audit Committee is scheduled meet on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Amelia Walk Amenity Center, 85287 Majestic Walk Boulevard, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034 to review and rank proposals for audit services. Immediately following the audit committee meeting will be a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors (Board) where the Board may consider any business that may properly come before it (Meeting). The Meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. An electronic copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, Florida 32092 (and phone (904) 940-5850) and is expected to also be available on the Districts website at www.AmeliaWalkCDD.com. The Meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such Meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at least three (3) business days before the meeting by contacting the District Manager at Governmental Management Services, LLC, 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, FL 32092, Attn: Daniel Laughlin, Email: dlaughlin@gmsnf.com; Telephone: 904-940-5850.
