Miscellaneous Public Notices NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Jacksonville Neighborhoods Department Mosquito Control Division will conduct aerial application of insecticide for the control of mosquitoes within Duval County during 2026. All aircraft operations will be conducted with the approval of and in compliance with regulations established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
