UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA KEY WEST DIVISION IN ADMIRALTY CASE NO. 1:75-01416-CIV-SINGHAL IN RE: NUESTRA SENORA DE ATOCHA MOTIVATION, INC., Plaintiff, vs. THE UNIDENTIFIED, WRECKED AND ABANDONED SAILING VESSEL, ATOCHA, ETC. Defendant in Rem. PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will take place on May 20, 2025, commencing at 2:15 P.M. via Zoom Gov Meeting before the Honorable Raag Singhal, District Judge, or another duly authorized judge or magistrate to hold such hearing, at which time all matters necessary, relevant and pertinent to Plaintiffs Motion for Order Adjudicating Title to Articles of Salvage and Report of On-Going Salvage Operations and Continued Appointment of Substitute Custodian, including, but not limited to, evidence as to the continued and continuing activities of Motivation, Inc.; the salvaged artifacts of its in rem Ownership, Salvor and Substitute Custodian activities at the ATOCHA wreck site; the extent of the protection of its interests and rights to the continued sole ownership and salvaging of the shipwreck; and, any and all other matters relevant to the Motion and the hearing. ANY AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES who have standing to do so will be heard either in favor or in opposition to Plaintiffs motion and request for relief; provided that such interested party must file its written position, with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, no later than 10 days prior to the date of the hearing and likewise serve copies upon all parties to this litigation still pending before the Court. If no objection is filed within such period, the Court may cancel the hearing without further notice.
